AREAS OF FOCUS
The things that keep showing up.
Anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, and relationship difficulties can take different forms. We can look at what’s happening now, the patterns behind it, and what you’d like to change.

Where we can start
What we can explore together.
Some concerns build quietly over time. Others become harder to ignore after a difficult experience or life change.
01
Anxiety & overthinking
Even when nothing urgent is happening, your mind may still be searching for what you’ve missed: a conversation to replay, a decision to second-guess, or a problem to solve before it happens. We can work on responding to uncertainty without needing to think your way out of every feeling.
02
Burnout & perfectionism
You get things done, meet expectations, and still feel behind. Rest can feel unearned, and even accomplishments don’t bring much relief. We can look at the standards driving that pressure and what might change if you weren’t always pushing.
03
Self-worth, shame & identity
You may be quick to understand other people’s mistakes and relentless about your own. Shame, self-criticism, and competing expectations can shape your decisions and how much of yourself you show. We can question those rules and build a more grounded sense of self.
04
Relationships & recurring patterns
For individuals, couples, and families, the same exchanges can play out again and again: arguments that go nowhere, withdrawal, people-pleasing, or difficulty saying what matters. We can understand those cycles and work toward clearer communication, boundaries, and connection.
05
Life transitions, migration & belonging
Moving to a new country, shifting family roles, changing careers, or entering a different stage of life can unsettle your sense of who you are. We can make room for competing loyalties, losses, and possibilities without assuming there’s one right way forward.
06
Earlier experiences & trauma
Earlier experiences may shape what feels safe, what you expect from others, and how you respond when you’re overwhelmed. We’ll pay attention to what feels manageable, build understanding at your pace, and decide together if and when to go further.
Getting started
You don’t need to know exactly where to start.
You can come with a specific concern, a familiar pattern you’re tired of, or simply a sense that something needs to change. We’ll work out where to begin together.
